She ensures that her clients' home sales and/or purchase experiences are positive ones. She specializes in the Sarasota and Bradenton areas. Monte and her husband Bill live in the Rosedale Golf and Tennis Club community. Her primary specialties are Golf Course and Waterfront properties; New Homes sales; and Single-Family Home resales.

Her professional experience includes: 1983-Licensed Virginia Real Estate Sales; 1992-Licensed Virginia Real Estate Broker; 1994-Licensed Florida Real Estate Broker; Average annual Real Estate transactions of $20 million; Member of both area Realtor Associations: the Sarasota Association of Realtors and the Manatee Association of Realtors.

Her previous professional experience includes: Vice President, Central Fidelity Bank, Commercial Division; Marketing Director, First Commercial Bank; Marketing Director, Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company.
